Drone Doctor’s repair engineers have many years of experience of repairing all kinds of radio controlled aircraft; including quadcopters/ multicopters such as: the DJI Mini 1/2/3, Mavic Pro, Mavic 2 series, Mavic 3 series, DJI Phantom 4 / Pro / V2, DJI FPV & Avata and DJI Inspire 2.
Our technicians are trained at DJI’s Headquarters in China and Holland and are approved to repair all DJI products.
Drone Doctor employs state of the art test equipment, and coupled with our unique knowledge of DJI drones and system we are often able to perform repairs that others simply can’t.
We are the only company in the UK that just repairs drones, so you can be sure that your drone is in safe hands. Over the past 5 years, Drone Doctor has repaired in excess of 25,000 drones, making us the most experienced drone repairer in the UK.

About our repairs
What we do
If it’s a current DJI model then we can repair it.
Our technicians will examine every drone and gimbal upon arrival and provide a repair quote for your approval. Don’t worry if you aren’t local – Drone Doctor offers cost effective and fully insured postage options to ensure you can get your drone repaired with the minimum of fuss and hassle.
Repair quotes are presented through our online repair system. If you choose to go ahead with a repair, simply click the accept button and we’ll take care of the rest. Your drone or gimbal will then be repaired before undergoing multi-point Quality Assurance tests both on the bench and in the air, each of which are undertaken by a different technician so all work is checked and double-checked. We then take payment after the repair is complete and the drone is ready for return.
If you choose to not go ahead with a repair, returning the drone couldn’t be easier. Just hit the “return my item” button and pay the £9.95 diagnosis fee (plus postage costs, usually £10) and your unfixed item will be back with you in just a couple of days.
In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with a repair, Drone Doctor repairs come with a 1 year Repair Guarantee, which is not available from any other repair company!

About our Pricing
What does it cost?
Drone Doctor offers the most competitive pricing in the drone repair industry, however we don’t advertising our pricing in detail. We’re always happy to provide a rough guide on price though, so please give us a call or send us an email.
This is simply because listing prices for individual repairs online can be very misleading, since it is common to find other damage that can either lower or raise the price after it has been examined.
If your drone has damage which is considered cosmetic only then a separate repair quote will be provided for this. For example, if the drone has a snapped arm and a scratched shell, we would provide a quote to just repair the arm and get the drone flying again, and a second quote to repair the arm and repair the scratched parts to get the drone looking brand new once again.
We also offer a 1 working day emergency service for a 35% surcharge. If you think you might need this, please feel free to book the drone in as emergency. We can always change this later on to a standard service.
